Why was my redemption canceled?

If your reward was canceled, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

Some points are frozen
Frozen points are temporarily held due to security checks or pending survey validations. This can happen if an offer completion is still being verified, or if there's a delay in confirmation from the partner. These points are not yet available for use and may result in a reward being canceled if used prematurely. Please check your account history to review whether points are frozen.

Some points were reversed
Reversed points occur when a partner reports that an offer was not valid — for instance, due to incomplete survey responses, duplicate entries, or the use of VPNs or proxies. These reversals reduce your available point balance and may impact any pending reward request made with those points. Please check your account history to review whether points have been reversed.

Your account is under review

If your account is under review, our security team will send you an email. Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.

If you’re still unable to locate the email, please reach out to us via chat for assistance.

While your account is under review, you’ll need to link your PayPal account and reply to the email once it’s connected.

How to link your PayPal:

Click the ☰ (hamburger menu) at the top right of the navigation bar

Under "Others," select "Settings"

Go to the "Wallet" tab

Click "Connect with PayPal"

The reward is out of stock
In some cases, a reward may temporarily be unavailable. If this happens, you'll receive an email notifying you, and your points will be automatically returned to your account.

Your point balance is negative
This indicates that a reversal has occurred on your account (for example, due to invalid activity), resulting in a negative balance. Because of this, we are unable to approve your reward request.

Your negative balance will be visible in your account dashboard. If you have questions, please contact us via chat and we’ll be happy to help.
