Why am I getting a white screen when I try to access the site?

Before starting a chat, please follow these steps to gather technical details and perform some troubleshooting.


Technical Troubleshooting:


  • Check if you are online. Ensure that you are connected to the internet.

  • Refresh the page to see if the issue persists.

  • Restart your Wi-Fi router to reset the connection.

  • Check for any VPN. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it temporarily, as some VPNs may block access to certain websites or services.


Browser Troubleshooting:


For Chrome:


  1. Right-click and select Inspect.

  1. Click Network.

  1. Click XHR.

  1. Take a screenshot of the entire browser.

  1. Click Console.

  1. Click Errors and check what’s listed.

  1. Take another screenshot.


For Safari:


  1. Right-click and select Inspect Element.

  1. Click Network.

  1. Click XHR.

  1. Take a screenshot of the entire browser.

  1. Click Console.

  1. Ensure Errors is selected.
