What does my GrabPoints Account Status mean?

Understanding Your GrabPoints Account Status

Your Account Status gives you a clear view of your current standing on GrabPoints, the features available to you, and what you can do to maintain a healthy account.
Your account may fall into one of several status brackets depending on your survey quality and reversal history.

What do the different account statuses mean?

GrabPoints generally uses your reversal percentage to determine your account status. A reversal occurs when previously awarded survey points are later reversed or removed.

While we’re unable to disclose the specific thresholds used for each status bracket, these brackets help us assess the overall quality and reliability of your survey activity.
You may see one of the following statuses:

🟢 Good Standing

Accounts in Good Standing have no significant concerns with their survey activity.
Users in this status generally have full access to surveys, rewards, and cash-outs.

🟡 Needs Attention

This status indicates that your account requires some attention, typically due to an elevated reversal rate.
A quick review of your survey activity and responses can help maintain good survey quality and prevent further reversals.

🔴 At Risk

An At Risk status means your reversal rate is considered high and there are concerns regarding your overall survey quality.
As shown on the Account Status page, some features may be limited while account concerns are open.

How can I improve my account status?

If your account is in one of the higher reversal brackets, we recommend taking extra care when completing surveys.

To improve your survey quality and help reduce future reversals:

  • Read each question carefully before answering.
  • Provide accurate and truthful responses based on your actual information and experiences.
  • Keep your answers consistent throughout the survey.
  • Remain attentive and avoid rushing through questions.
  • Make sure you understand what each question is asking before selecting an answer.

Maintaining consistent, accurate, and attentive survey responses can help improve your overall survey quality and reduce the likelihood of future reversals.

Can I create a new account if my account is At Risk?

No. Creating another account is not a way to avoid or reset your account status.

Please be aware that our Terms of Service specify that each user is permitted to create only one account. Creating more than one account is a violation of our Terms of Service. Our systems can detect when multiple accounts are associated with the same individual. Creating a new account after your existing account has been marked as Needs Attention or At Risk will not bypass your account status and may result in additional account restrictions.

If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual, all accounts associated with that user may be suspended.

If your account is marked as Needs Attention or At Risk, we recommend continuing to use your existing account and following the guidance above rather than creating a new account.

Why can't GrabPoints tell me the exact percentage required for each status?

The specific reversal-percentage thresholds for each account status are not publicly disclosed. These brackets are part of our internal process for evaluating overall survey quality and reversal history.
Your Account Status is intended to provide a general indication of your account standing and whether any additional attention is needed.

Keeping your survey responses accurate, consistent, and attentive is the best way to maintain a healthy account.
