What countries are not allowed to join?

At this time, GrabPoints is not accepting new registrations from the following countries:

Cuba
Hong Kong
Iran
North Korea
Syria
Tor (Browser)

We understand this may be disappointing, but these restrictions are in place due to regulatory, security, or operational reasons. We’re always reviewing our policies and hope to expand access in the future.
