How do I take screenshots?

Here's how to take a screenshot:

On Android devices:

Press the volume down button and the power button at the same time.

The screen should flash, and you’ll see a notification that a screenshot has been captured.

You can find the screenshot in your device’s Gallery or Photos app.

On iPhone/iPad:

On devices with Face ID, press and release the side button and volume up button at the same time.

On devices with a Home button, press the Home button and the side button (or Sleep/Wake button) together.

Screenshots are saved in the Photos app under Screenshots.

On Windows:

Press the PrtScn (Print Screen) key to capture the entire screen. The image is copied to your clipboard, and you can paste it into an app like Paint or a document.

To capture only the active window, press Alt + PrtScn.

To capture a specific area or take a delayed screenshot, use Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool.

On Mac:

Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 3 to capture the entire screen.

Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 4 to capture a selected portion of the screen.

Press Command (⌘) + Shift + 5 to open the screenshot toolbar, which allows you to record the screen or take different kinds of screenshots.

By default, screenshots are saved to your Desktop.
