How do I complete the phone verification?
To verify your mobile number on GrabPoints, just follow these steps:
Go to Settings by clicking the menu icon (☰).
On desktop, it’s located at the top right.
On mobile, it’s at the bottom right.
In the phone number field, enter your mobile number.
A confirmation PIN will be sent to your phone. Enter that PIN in the field provided to complete the verification.
Make sure you enter your number in the correct international format:
Examples:
United States:
+1
Sample: +12223334444
Spain:
+34
India:
+91
If you haven’t received the confirmation PIN, double-check that your number is entered correctly and is active for receiving SMS.
