How do I close or delete my account?
If you’d like to close your account, you can do so directly from the app or mobile site. Just follow these steps:
Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
Scroll down and tap “Settings” under the Others section.
In the Personal Information section, scroll all the way to the bottom.
Just below the Save button, you’ll see a message that says:
“If you wish to delete your account, click here.”
Click the link and you’ll be taken to the account closure page.
On the new page, click the “Close” tab.
After that, an email will be sent to your registered email address.
Check your inbox and click the “Confirm” button in the email to complete the closure process.
