How do I change my email on my account?

If you need to update the email address linked to your GrabPoints account, you can easily do it from the Settings menu.

Here’s how:



Click or tap the menu icon (☰)—you’ll find it in the navigation area.

Under the "Others" section, select "Settings."

In the Personal Information section, locate the email address field.

Enter your new email address.

Scroll down and click "Save."

Final Step:



You’ll receive an email at your previous email address.

Open the email and click "Confirm Email Change" to finalize the update.

And that’s it—your email address will be successfully updated!
