# When will I receive my reward?

At GrabPoints, we work hard to ensure that your rewards are delivered **quickly and reliably**. Most Paypal, Amazon and gift card rewards are processed within **1 business day**, and in many cases, users receive their rewards within **minutes**.

### What to Expect

* **Typical delivery time**: Within **1 business day**
    
* **Fastest delivery**: Some users receive rewards **almost instantly**
    
* **Delays**: If your account is under **review by our security team**, processing may take longer
    
* **Unavailable rewards**: In rare cases, if a reward becomes **temporarily unavailable**, we will notify you by **email**

### Before You Reach Out

Please allow at least **5 full business days** from the time of your redemption before contacting support about a missing reward. Business days do **not** include weekends or holidays.

### Check Your Email

Sometimes reward notifications can end up in your **Spam or Junk folder**.  
Be sure to:

* Check those folders
    
* Mark any GrabPoints emails as **"Not Spam"** or **"Safe"** to ensure future emails go to your inbox
