Missing Survey Points? Here's How to Contact Survey Providers and Get Help
We understand how frustrating it can be to complete a survey and not receive your points. While most rewards are processed correctly, occasional issues can happen due to:
Technical errors
Incomplete survey responses
Delayed processing times
In these cases, it's best to contact the survey provider directly. Be sure to include proof of completion, such as screenshots or survey IDs, to help their support team investigate your request.
Once your request is submitted, you can typically expect a response within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
To report missing points from CINT or Lucid surveys, go to their support page and fill out a ticket.
Include the survey details, date of completion, and any relevant screenshots.
To report a missing reward from CPX:
Go to the CPX Research survey wall through your GrabPoints.com Members' area
Click the three stripes (menu) icon in the top-left corner

Select "Help"
Scroll down and use the contact form to create a support ticket

Include key details like survey date, reference ID, and a screenshot or video link.
If uploading media, you can use an image hosting service like imgbb.com and paste the link in the form.
If you're missing points from a Prime Survey:
Open the Prime Surveys panel in your account. You will find the link on your Members' Area inside GrabPoints.com
Click the question mark icon in the top-right corner
Select "Ask Question"
Complete the form with all details and screenshots
Click Submit
To report a missing reward in TheoremReach:
Open the TheoremReach survey wall
Click the three stripes icon in the top-right corner
Select "Survey History and Support"
Choose the survey you had an issue with
Use the dropdown to explain the issue, then click Submit
If you didn’t receive points for a completed BitLabs survey, submit a support request here:

Steps:
Click the dropdown menu to select the appropriate category
Choose "BitLabs Surveys"
Fill out the form and include details/screenshots
Click Submit
To report a missing reward from YourSurveys, go to their support page and fill out a request form.
Be sure to include the survey date, your account email, and any relevant screenshots to help their team resolve the issue.
