# How do I close or delete my account?

If you’d like to close your account, you can do so directly from the app or mobile site. Just follow these steps:

### Steps to Close Your Account:

1. **Tap the menu icon (☰)** in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
    
2. Scroll down and tap **“Settings”** under the **Others** section.
    
3. In the **Personal Information** section, scroll all the way to the bottom.
    
4. Just below the **Save** button, you’ll see a message that says:
    *“If you wish to delete your account, click here.”*

* Click the link and you’ll be taken to the account closure page.
        
5. On the new page, click the **“Close”** tab.

6. After that, an email will be sent to your registered email address.
    
7. **Check your inbox** and click the **“Confirm”** button in the email to complete the closure process.

### Want to permanently delete your data?

If you wish to **completely delete your account and all associated data**, please **reach out to us via chat**. Click the chat icon at the bottom right of the screen. Our support team will be happy to assist you.

This process is irreversible. Once the account is deleted, all information—including points and pending rewards—will be erased. You will also no longer be allowed to access GrabPoints or ZoomBucks, even if you try to create a new account with a different email address. To request permanent deletion, provide the email address or account ID of the account to be deleted for confirmation.
